We're pleased to report that Zandile Msutwana returns to The Queen for the new season.
Season 6 premieres this Monday (26 July) and Zandile reprises her role as Vuyiswa after being booked off for months because of an on-set injury. As you know, Thembisa Mdoda stepped in to play the character while Zandile medicated on R&R.
Both Mzansi Magic and Zandile's rep Wayne Hutamo were hush-hush about what happened to her and we were freaked out because it must have been a hectic injury for her to be gone for so long. Thembisa was announced as her understudy in April but the filming of her scenes happened months before already so Zandile was off for ages.
It was a blast of good news when she announced her return to work in mid-June and now Vuyiswa makes her comeback on Monday 2 August, to launch a new investigation. An investigation that could take down Hector once and for all.
This after her mind warping last investigation into him for the shooting of Thato and Jerry, which ended with her apologizing, believing she'd done him wrong. She was so convinced she even went on vacay with him.
