Paris Hilton’s lavish wedding to Carter Reum featured a reception where guests were served gold-leaf potatoes among other extravagant delicacies, all catered by renowned chef Wolfgang Puck.
A menu from the celebration showed a first course of an Asian pear salad with figs, pomegranate vinaigrette, and candied pecans served with butternut squash tortelloni flavored with brown butter and crispy sage. An assortment of bread with sweet cream butter was also offered up as a starter.
For the main course, attendees were served an entrée of potato-crusted sea bass as well as grilled New York strip steak with Yukon Gold potatoes topped with sour cream, caviar — and of course the gold leaf detailing.
As for dessert, Hilton went with a flourless chocolate cake served with coffee ice cream, and a fruit cobbler with almond streusel and vanilla ice cream.
Other passed hors d’oeuvres included duck potstickers, crispy shrimp veggie spring rolls, deviled quail egg with caviar, smoked salmon pizza and fresh caviar, and Spago Signature spicy tuna tartare.
And for the bites, partygoers could enjoy three-cheese grilled cheese, mini cheeseburgers, duck fat french fries, bigs in a blanket, and PB&J macarons.
Hilton, 40, and Reum, 40, said “I do” at her late grandfather Barron’s Bel-Air estate on Thursday. The three-day extravaganza will continue with a carnival on the Santa Monica Pier on Friday and a black-tie soirée on Saturday.
The bride wore a glamorous Oscar de la Renta gown featuring long sleeves covered in flower embroidery as she walked down the aisle, though she had three other outfit changes throughout the evening.
Notable guests attending her over-the-top nuptials included Kim Kardashian, Demi Lovato, Emma Roberts, Bebe Rexha, Evan Ross, Kyle Richards, Paula Abdul, Stacy Bendet, her sister Nicky Hilton, and her mom Kathy Hilton.
She and the venture capitalist confirmed their relationship in April 2020 and got engaged in February.
Reum popped the question on a private island after dating Hilton for a year, presenting her with an emerald-cut diamond ring designed by Jean Dousset.
