Rihanna’s latest maternity look is a total fashion flashback. The Singer, who announced she’s pregnant with her first child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky last week, stepped out for dinner at her beloved Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica Wednesday, wearing an outfit straight out of the aughts.
The Bad Gal bared her baby bump in a fur-trimmed Fendi crop top and low-rise jeans layered beneath a vintage patchwork denim-and-leopard coat. As usual, she also piled on the bling, pairing several pieces by celebrity favorite Jacquie Aiche (including one of the designer’s five-figure diamond bras) with a Briony Raymond signet ring, Patcharavipa diamond necklace ($50,335) and several other gold chains.
Rihanna carried the ultimate 2000s It purse — a Christian Dior saddle bag — and topped off her outfit in true aughts fashion with a camo trucker hat. The superstar wowed fans with another belly-baring look last weekend, teaming a Jean Paul Gaultier lace-up cardigan ($480) with The Attico stirrup leggings ($630), bejeweled Jimmy Choo heels ($950) and (you guessed it) plenty of gold and diamond jewels.
But really, would you expect anything less from the woman who shared her baby news in a head-to-toe designer vintage ensemble worth six figures?
