JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide quality health service.
· Participate in implementing of the strategic objectives
· Develop, investigate and research guidelines and practices related to Hospital and Primary Health Care
· Continuously consider New technologies, systems and practices that will enhance and optimize Hospital and Primary Health care beyond current stated objectives
· Create a conducive context for optimal performance
· Optimise the staff element to meet the strategic business objectives
· Establish and Maintain cohesive, high performance teamwork
· Establish and Maintain effective communication
· Monitor Hospital, Primary Health Care and Occupational Health services
· Comply with approved budget
· Support Healthy living programme
· Comply with Harmony’s code of conduct
· Comply with Mine Health and Safety accountabilities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
- MBChB or equivalent
- Registered with the HPCSA
- Code 08 driver’s license
- Medical Certificate of Fitness
- English proficiency
- Computer literacy
Advantageous:
· Relevant qualification in Business Management
· 2 years’ experience in health services
